Mugen Train Torrent, I didn't do anything it's just the torrent from here: https://nyaa.si/view/1378492, then I edited the subs from here: https://nyaa.si/view/1378502 , to be delayed by 1.5 seconds then I merged it into the mkv file so it's all there. Credit to everyone who made it I just put it together for those who want to just download and play the Jap version with soft subs, and the better video quality.
Also the first time I ever made a torrent so yea lol dont even know if I did this properly.
EDIT: So turns out since idk how to torrent, I was seeding it but it didnt finish uploading the whole thing. So in the meantime if you still want it I uploaded it to my GDrive for a friend but yall can DL it too till the torrent is done uploading.

@mathu204 What they mean is that the subs you used are missing some dialogue lines that should be displayed at the top of the screen, as well as signs.
There are lines of dialogue missing all over the place in these subs :/ check out 48:05 as an example, I noticed it in several places but halfway through the movie there are too many instances
It skips frames. You don't really see it naturally, but it does.
The quality and the colors are better than https://nyaa.si/view/1378274, but it skips frames.
Good Job. The subs are good (though with the end of intro speech omitted & around 24 sentences throughout). Quality is good, Bar the several fast movement lines prefluent to recent compression/encoding (really would love for someone to fix this as they did the old stutter on movement encoded).
