Definitely out of sync subtitles. Quite something for HS. Perhaps frame rate vs timing as sub sync gets steadily more behind. Anyone know if the 1080 has the same issue?

Confirmed & many thanks - No subtitle or sync problem with the HS 1080p version. :-) Avoid this version till it is fixed as seriously aggravating if you rely on subs.
