**Sensou no Tsukurikata** (AKA **What Happens Before War?**) is an anti-war independent animated short produced in 2015 by NOddIN, a group of Japanese filmmakers and animators. There have been other releases of this short, but as far as I'm aware, this is the only release with completely retimed subtitles, the introductory signs translated and typeset, and that is dual-audio. I've also included a signs-only subtitle track. I retimed the Japanese subs and included those too. I tried to keep changes to the English translation to a minimum, but I had to change the translation of two sentences for timing-related reasons. I also made a couple other lines more accurate.
