Eh... I took my time to fix the timing of the some-stuff subs to the BD version too. I wanted to upload it some time in June when my new server goes online. Looks like it's pointless now.

This upload is the best one for DiU in terms of subs but is there anyway you could upload this in 1080p? If not, is there anyway I can download only the 1080p BD raws and merge them with the subs provided in the link above?

you should be able to use them but i dont know if the timing will be 100% right, i dont think this show was animated in 1080p but the raws would be better if you want a higher bitrate you can use MKVToolNix to merge the subs and the fonts into the mkv but that would take a lot of time with each episode, i made this release with it
