This is a 10 bit HEVC / x265 reencode of Shady Crab’s 8.7 gb release of Fullmetal Alchemist - The Sacred Star of Milos, with all audio encoded to AC3. English audio and signs/song for dub subtitle track are default.

Obviously there are some reductions in visual quality compared to the original in all my uploads, these screenshots should help you decide whether the reduction in quality is worth my far lower file sizes.

Don’t want to overlap with https://nyaa.si/view/966148 , I usually only make encodes of shows/movies I like AND don’t have reasonably sized good quality version available already. Check out PWNED’s release which I have linked here. I will check his release and if it has audio issues, as reported by some commenters, I will release a version with (hopefully) better audio.

This is certainly a mini version I’ll give it that. The 5.1 audio has been reduced to Stereo, and the video highly compressed. I’m fairly impressed with how it turned out being that highly compressed, but man, so much detail has been blurred out of it from the filtering or compression. Several details have become nothing more than a smear/smudge and you can barely tell what they were before, if they were small details. Some details have been smeared so badly, they have outright disappeared from the video, and are no longer even visible.

I would only be able to recommend this for anyone who does not care about the overall quality of the video or audio, and just wants to be able to watch the movie once, while taking up as little space as possible.
