While this is a daunting task. I hope someone will be able to provide subs for the new 4k Remasters. I'm not sure if they changed the timing compared to past BD releases. Still, thanks for this amazing work!

The downscale is the company strategy to make people buy the next real 4k remaster BD.

The one you linked is the English Dub done by Omni Productions that aired on Animax Asia. What I’m looking for is the English Dub done by Nelvana. There’s one release floating around, but the quality is poor. @ReinForce It looks like there's a language barrier. I'm not sure if you follow what I'm saying, but that's okay. Thank you for trying.
