I figured since the ones that did the fansub didn't finish with the rest of the specials even after all this time, just like the ones that didn't even do the picture dramas for the ova series of Code Geass Akito

Yes, the specials are missing. I don't have them subbed. Henk says GJM did the first special, I'll go look for it.
