I have edited the Content.opf file to reflect that manifest and spine are indeed there due to wrong placement of </metadata> at the end of the entire content.opf instead of directly after <metadata> and before <manifest> Hope this helps everyone and please seed! i can't seed that much and if someone could help to post a comment on the other torrent to come here that would be nice.
