I'm only a month or so late on posting this, but here it is. I'm not completely satisfied with the results of the image, but if you guys think it looks just fine, let me know. If you agree with me, I might whip up a new version with less sharpening. I just wanted to get this out to anyone who wanted it. To explain why it can look odd at some points, this was originally made to be released on DVD and so the lines aren't very defined in some scenes. Sharpening those lines can then create a look that looks almost as though the image is being warped in some way. I can assure you that the original video was just as bad looking, albeit with a softer image that makes the lines look less of a mess. I have taken some screenshots and posted them below, with the last one clearly showing the problem I'm talking about. And as always, let me know of any mistakes you spot in the comments.

@Shing so will you be doing it with less sharpening. i don't wanna be rude but i prefer your season 1 encode over this. this more sharpening has made the older episodes of one piece feel less classic. maybe that's just my opinion but still ...
I actually agree with you that the sharpening makes the show look less classic. I will see if I get around to doing a v2 with settings similar to my season 1 release.
