I stop adding subtitles to the raw video (Moozzi2, ReinForce). The constant flow of complaints about the out of sync, lack of fonts and not renamed subtitles (usually in the archive of their 2-3 different kinds to choose from) force me to do this. The fact is that I'm not a translator, not a timer, and I do ALL of the work alone and FREE. I wanted the torrents to stop dying, so that they can always be downloaded from AnimeTosho, but this was apparently only a fantasy. In connection with attempts to solve problems with subtitles, I have remains little time for personal life. So If I do raw anime (Moozzi2, ReinForce) -> raw video English release (Commie, Tsundere, Coalgirls) -> raw video + external subtitles (English release) @soretakasa Forgive and Thank You.
No problem. Thanks for all your hard work. I did post in your previous release that you should stop releasing in it english translated category after seeing some complains regairding subtitltes, but I deleted my comment. I thought I should leave this decision upto you whether you want to release in english translated category or not. Well I found it very troublesome after seeing people complain. Please forgive me. I never thought that it will put you in this much trouble.

@soretakasa No problem. We can consider this an experience. A little unsuccessful, but experience. Thank you for your help!
Let others do the time-syncing. I have one of your releases that I plan to time-sync it when I got time and will post a comment there but till then those like myself are looking for 720p encodes (or re-encodes) of BDs for shows as there's been quite a lot of 1080p my PC can't really handle especially x265 so I also appreciate the time you do doing these. My only complaint tho is the low bit rate on the audio. I dunno if you are re-encoding these from FLAC audio or from the source your getting it off but if its the former I suggest max settings of qACC -127 audio.
AAC is best. I don't have any problem so far with any of his release. Also as you mentioned audio bit rate might be low in some of the sources.
Will there be any difference if I will re-encode AC3 into AAC? I re-encoded some video so that I can play them on my smartphone. Size of the audio was also reduced.
@eitaseki You mean loss in quality? Only you can determine that by ear if you got decent headphones plus it depends on the bit rate on the AC3 file and also if its multi-channel or not. Compatibility reasons you'll have no other choice if it can't play AC3 in this case I recommend using qAAC (not nero or the itunes version or any other) especially if you also plan to share it. Since you mention a smartphone my guess is 192 kbps + to lessen it from eating up your battery life.
I haven't watched Fuuka but if my guess is wrong its got music in it? Audio should be higher then 192 kbps by default.

@noZA_ You mean Q127 = ~ 320 kbps? I do not know, I need to watch. Some older players may not support high bitrates of audio (compatibility). I'll test the other day, maybe I will raise audio to 256-320 kbps in the next releases.

@noZA_ Maximum on what I agree, ABR ~ 256 kbps with a maximum peak of 320 kbps. The difference between 192 kbps and 320 kbps (test file) is 20 mb (31 mb ~ 192 kbps, 51 mb ~ 320 kbps). If I make a release with 26 episodes, then the final size will increase by 20mb * 26ep = +520mb. For compare the file size is ~ 256 kbps = 41 mb. 192 kbps vs 256 kbps = 10mb (31 mb vs 41 mb). 10mb * 26ep = +260 mb - Optimal I understand everything, these are figures that often do not reflect the real state of affairs, but the problem is not only this. The size of the hard drive is limited (although recently I bought a hard drive for 2 TB), in addition, the speed of my Internet leaves much to be desired. I try to maintain a good compromise between quality and video size, so I think that AAC ~ 256 kbps (max peak 320 kpbs) is a good compromise.
@Kirion qAAC -q127 True VBR (I don't recommend ABR) can be lower or higher then 320 kbps depending on the audio in the anime (or music). If there's a lot of music or loud sound effects like fighting the bit rate may be higher but if there's a lot of talking like Monogatari with low music it might be lower bit rate then 320kbps. I don't recommend ever doing 320 kbps CBR (even with mp3 music files VBR is better there) is not better then -127 True VBR. 256 kbps in True VBR -109 (or higher) setting is good enough so long as you use qAAC format even @ -91 TVBR qAAC is good enough for most shows unless they have music like Love Live. Specific audio quality is the aim so the bit rate can do what it needs https://developer.apple.com/library/mac/technotes/tn2271/_index.html#//apple_ref/doc/uid/DTS40012667-CH1-TNTAG4-AVERAGE_BIT_RATE__ABR____DEFAULT_MODE also https://forum.videohelp.com/threads/378450-Best-settings-for-QAAC
