“from the image”, i think the cr web dl is smooth, but there is a noise on your crf 12 deband version. Please look on gin right shoulder's.

@Konco deband adds a bit of noise, but its better than all the banding, and well, i only uploaded an image, as it had lots of banding. You can download it and see if u like it, u will see the quality then (OP41, 319,2MB in 1:55 min). You can notice it so much on Conan’s hair, I could had used TV Tokyo TS, but it pixelates on high movement scenes, it doesn't happen on CR, its only problem is banding.
