Perhaps, they are Russians who lives in Japan and other countries.

Maybe by the way, you ought to place your release with intern subs as non-English-translated instead of the RAW category. This would solve the problem. The RAW category is for non-translated anime and such with separate sub files. This may solve your reasoning. I suggest that people see that this anime was placed in the RAW category and pay no or not much attention to the description.
Russian subtitles included for Nagato Yuki-chan no Shoushitsu TV were out of sync in some places, both - muxed and in the archive.

P.S. I did not finish watching yet, just went quickly around chapter boundaries and stuff, and now already found two edge case misses of my own, reuploaded. The rest is probably okay.
