AirGutted, enhanced means filters was applied for better picture.

As you can see, source for this re-encode is Moozzi2's RAWs. Moozzi2 usually uses filters in his releases.Screenshots here: https://nyaa.si/view/921530
Don't get this torrent if you don't like overly saturated and bright colors. The enhanced refers to filters added on top of the original anime that, in my subjective opinion, just make it look worse.
fyi, since I grabbed this with no good info: Fate/Zero has a massive amount of film grain. "Enhanced" means there's a smoothing filter that removes that film grain. This seems to have massively reduced the file size since less noisy video compresses better. You're free to prefer the smooth, flat colors over the intended film fuzz but you should know what you're getting.
Anyone saying this looks better is out of their mind. It has a saturation filter applied and worst of all some of the finer details in some scenes is actually completely lost by the aggressive filter used to get rid of the film grain. In the worst cases, the brighter colors actually change the mood of the scene. You can't just go haphazardly changing the visuals of an anime as if it doesn't look the way it does for a reason. Please avoid this one if you want to watch FZ how it was meant to be seen. It's certainly not "enhanced'.
