It's Iwagou Mitsuaki no Sekai Neko Aruki... well, basically, a japanese photographer travels around the world and documents the street cats living in each location. This episode's set in Bulgaria. There are no subtitles, but do you really need them to enjoy that? Anyway, as a Bulgarian person myself, I'm quite surprised that they chose to visit us. The way Bulgaria is presented is quite romantic compared to reality, but I could get behind that. It's quite calming.
