First thing I've noticed is bad encode - black bars on the sides and top are not cropped and video source looks overall bad. Did you consider using Gazer-Raws instead? They used BD as source for ep. 1-13 and did the rest with DVDRips.

At least it's cropped properly and better from what I've seen of rips floating around in public.

@Letter: Sent you download links for 2 episodes, 1 BD and 1 DVD release, so that you can check it and judge for yourself. Neither are all that good, but these at least look better.
