^ instead of blaming the encode, maybe consider that it's because you're using a using sh*t video player. plays fine for me either way.

@darks619 use Divx video player but you cannot play AC3 audio in the free version of this player but HEVC plays just fine.

The OVAs (specials, 特典映像, whatever) *really* sweeten the deal for this one. They are not to be missed. Audio and video quality, meanwhile, leave nothing to be desired. This is a fantastic upload of a great series. Thank you.
