I see no difference to the other releases.

I was able to download this one. Is this [RAW] + [Tactical]? I watched it and I think it is.

Yes it's too big. I converted it to .srt and reduced the size but I still like the original .ass better if it's smaller.

is this torrent too stuck at 97% or 99.4% ?

@Valcrist Download #938085, copy *.ass to movie folder, open it with an editor and change Default's style fontsize from 81 to something lower as 60 (what Bit had on Kizu I). This should probably work.
