I utilized the video/audio from MK’s release. They used Doki-Chihiro’s subtitles which I personally find to be inferior to Mori’s. Utilizing Mori’s subtitles, I re-timed, fixed a typo, added a sign, and repositioned lines to adjust for the BD.

Subtitles: Mori edited by Kulot.
Chapters: Timed by MK. I renamed chapters similarly to Mori and Hotaru’s releases for consistency.
For Volumes 1 through 5, get Hotaru’s releases.

Apparently, Hotaru did upload these episodes afterall. They’re on animebytes only, a private tracker that doesn’t seem to be accepting new members. If anyone could be so gracious to upload them here, that would be great. Thanks for the info Gagantous.
