Encode Notes

The BD source of Suzakinishi The Animation is mediocre. Line art has slight aliasing and somewhat ringing, and there are lots of banding and noise in the surface areas. We tried to eliminate the issues, especially on the surface areas, while preserving the appearance of most of the lines and the texture.
