Encoded the movie Initial D - Third Stage into high quality MKV h.264 format with both English and Japanese audio, and with English Subtitles as well.
For playback all you need is the proper codec if you don't already have it.
Combined Community Codec Pack (which I prefer) or the K-Lite Codec pack should give you all you need and more to play these back.
You should be able to hear audio just fine if you have one of the mentioned codec packs above. If you cannot hear any audio and do not want to install a codec pack for some reason, then you do not have and need the nero aac audio codec. As of today it can be found here.

You should not use the Combined Community Codec Pack or the K-Lite Codec pack as they are codec packs that just pack them all together without checking for cross interference, spam, viruses, etc. Many people have problems after installing those packs. For an alternative, try Shark007's Codec pack, it's a pack that has everything you need, including online help for setting up connections with extension devices, home theaters, etc with a centralized configuration window for all of it. If you download the advanced pack you'll have compatibility with 64 bit programs also. And it's free.

I've been using that statement in my uploads since I first started uploading back in 2011. I have no problems with them at all and use them even today. I use certain older version of it though, but I have seen the newer ones and they are fine. Just do a custom install and unselect what you think is junk to you. Just be sure to choose one or the other. Do not try to install both or they can conflict with each other.
They are both safe to use, you just appear to want to advertise something else by ruining their credentials in a statement or only talking about what the one your mentioning has in it. They both have everything you need as well.
Nowadays Windows doesn't even need codec packs because the ones mostly used are all supported now. That and VLC Player has them all inside of it. If you like to use and are using VLC player you don't even need a codec pack nowadays. That's for people who like to use Windows Media Player or Media Player Classic and for some reason an occasional specific file will not play.
These encodes are obsolete and should be deleted. I cannot delete these since this was uploaded to the old Nyaa before it went down.
A much higher quality version is available here.
