Lillie calls the egg "Shiron" in this episode which is a name that combines parts of japanese words describing the egg. I was very tempted to similarly combine Alolan (Hawaiian) words to localize the name to "Ka'akea". Ended up not. Also was tempted to change "Noa" to "Noelle" since that was what Nintendo changed the last character named "Noa" in Japanese to.  Still recruiting translators who can at least TLC better than I can
