**We need another subtitle editor/typesetter/timer. If this is something you're good at and have some prior experience, come talk to us on IRC. We're not always at the computer, so wait for a response.**
The only way we're going to be able to keep doing these kinds of releases is to find a replacement editor, since Stryen wants to stop doing things after Rakugo gets done.
We'll have a batch release later this week for all of FMA2003. Meanwhile, here is the movie. It's also available on the XDCC bot in our channel, listed above.

Encoding: FMA1394
Timing Adjustments: (fine timing): Stryen
Typesetting: Stryen
Additional Translations: bluesun (OP/ED translations)
Quality Control: FMA1394, FuzzyWumkinz, Stryen
The Japanese audio is awfully quiet. It's quiet on the retail disc. If you don't have an external amplifier, you can use the following method in MPC-HC's options, but don't forget to turn it back down when you're done watching:

This release also includes the commentary audio and subtitle tracks.
File list
[FMA1394] Fullmetal Alchemist The Movie 'Conqueror of Shamballa' [Dual Audio] [US BD] [6B1C3D3E].mkv (5.3 GiB)
If file size is not a concern, and you are after high quality, you might prefer this encode.

The blurry chroma/colors bleeding out of place, and overall picture looks somewhat poor in this one.
If file size is a concern of yours and you want fairly good quality, this one is only 3GB and still has better looking video than this one in my opinion.
