Orphan Fansubs presents the first English version of the 1991 OVA _Meisou-Ou Border_. Based on a seinen manga, _Meisou-Ou Border_ provides an initial look at the adventures of two drifters recently returned to Japan from the Middle East. Translation, timing, editing, typesetting, and QC by Orphan. The raw is a VHS rip and is, frankly, pretty terrible, but it's the only one available right now.
