The new small-size version will use HEVC Main (8-bit) profile, which has gained a lot better hardware decoding support now and even if you use software decoding, it's still far less CPU-intensive than 10-bit HEVC. We will try to use 1080p for the small-size version, but may fallback to 720p or even cancel it if we are running short of CPU resource.
