10 hi444 bit crf 14 very slow preset aq 0.6 debanded with f3kdb, light antialiasing mostly new subs. Thanks to /a/non for most of the corrected lines. Other fixes were done by me and my QC. This still isn't A+ worthy, but should be the first acceptable and non bloated speedrelease for a while now. Regarding the speed release, subs and encode: Please remind that this was initially just a speedrelease I came up to try and make a decent 720p encode for the BDRemux. Initially I was just going to use bit's subs which had several problems but them a better translation appeared just when I was finishing fixing the timing and TS issues and was about to mux the video. As not wanting to delay much further, with so many other releases appearing, I just quickly copy-pasted most of the translations from the other anon which were better into the already timed and styled subs. It ended up much better but still far from am impeccable job, I made half a dozen poor choices when copy pasting the lines but was rather that or delaying this much further. In the end, I deemed this as a minimum acceptable decent speedrelease. Keep in mind that the preview TS translated text is mostly garbled and there are a couple of not very accurate lines here and there. Even so, in overall this still is the best subs we have for this weekend and pretty accurate. You won't be missing any serious line (The only more significant example I can think is when Oshino tells Shinobu that he "was pleased by her (position in restoring Araragi's condition)" but the line actually reads: "I'm interested in you" is only the more seriously incorrect translation apart from the preview and some of the half second signs.). When a better release is out, I'll hide this torrent. It's up to you if you want to wait or not, I personally believe this is more than good enough for a nice initial experience. It's a shame that subbing is dying and this is what have left for us, we did what we could. I'd like to apologize yet again to anon for being intrusive in butchering his translation, but that was more a time-constraint choice rather than me being gratuitously "liberal on what translation pleased me more". No one complained so far about the anti-aliasing but I'd like to point out that this may look slightly softs around some high contrast edges than other releases . It was either this or keep the jagged lines. I chose the former, only way to make that better would be with a scene-by-scene tuned AA setting which would take dozens of hours. Should probably have used better contra-sharpening settings tough. Cheers
