These are xdelta patches to convert all of the episode files from [\#264307](//www.nyaa.se/?page=view&tid=264307) to version 2, which I got directly from IRC. To apply this patch, move all of the files of this torrent into the same folder as the original episode files, make sure there is around 20 GB free space on that hard drive / partition and then run the "Apply Patches.bat".
