Back in the 90's a Malaysian company called Speedy created English dubs for most of the Dragon ball and Dragon Ball Z Movies. They are hilariously poorly acted and translated but are great fun for a laugh. Here is Dragon Ball Z movie [\#2](//www.nyaa.se/?page=view&tid=2) Tree of Might. For some reason they re-titled it "The Quest for Earth".
