Not much Nanno in this episode, instead Haruko does double duty playing both Okyo and her doppelganger, a mysterious masked rich girl who is attacking local Sukeban and collecting their scarves. I always assumed the reason for the "Yukino's blindness" sub-plot was because of a scheduling conflict, possibly Onyanko Club was doing a concert tour.
