Is there a way to put together the episodes with the opening and ending into one file (ex. Episode 1 file + Opening file + Ending file = "Complete" Episode 1 file)?

Has this been QC'd again by you? 'Cause I'm planning to make a release using this and I always QC subs if needed. But this has been worked on by three groups. There shouldn't be any typos or grammatical errors after multiple QCs. Also, did you use the official Episode Titles?

Thanks for the quality upload! Can someone seed a bit please? There are supposed to be a couple of people seeding according to nyaa but it's completely stalled for me.
