I have some really good news! I was on the handbrake site and decided to check out a nightly version of handbrake. I'm happy to say they already fixed the subtitle bleeding problem so if some people would comment below any of my posts that have subtitle bleeding, I AM going to redo all anime that have subtitle bleeding after they release the next stable version of handbrake and I hope it's soon that they do so!
