HS subs shifted onto a chaptered TV encode using [Sushi](https://github.com/tp7/Sushi) and TPP. No other changes. The TV broadcast for this episode had text at the top (election results or something) in four places this week. The only other same-day video source is CR, so there's not much that can be done about it.
