Subbed/encoded by various groups, .avi files with Japanese audio and English hard-coded subtitles. Some are rather low-resolution and LQ, but for the specials at least, these are the only files out there. After all, the show dates back to 1999-2000, so these files are also quite old. The TV episodes are approximately 5 minutes each, and the specials range from 10-15 minutes or more.
