This is the only release nyaa-onlies can realistically get but the yousei raws release on AB has the same problem since it's the same sub and all: the translation quality in this is really hit and miss. There are missing lines every now and then, stilted translations, and outright mistranslations like when Sekiguchi's narration kicks in at the end of the surgery waiting room at episode 2 his line 「それから半月後もことだと、後で聞いた」 is translated as "I learnt later that it happened half a year later" which mistakes half a month for half a year and misses the context of も implying that an/the incident happened again./ When I first saw this years back when I didn't know japanese yet I got needlessly confused about the timeline. Hopefully there'll come a time when a more competent translation comes around.
