As of right now (<---date there), nobody has released good quality torrents or downloads of the dubbed of 232-247, so that's why they're not in this torrent. However, on July 8th, 2014, the Naruto Shippuuden Box Set 19 will be released, so more dubbed episodes will be out. So when that date comes, I'm sure someone will upload it onto the site, so keep your eyes peeled. If you have the original files from the old torrent (more info on that below) you can save a TON of bandwith and download if you just relocate them. However, DO NOT relocate episodes 219-231, because those are new files, and the old ones will not work. Do this and there will be more seeders "faster" and the like, which is always good. If you were a person downloading the old torrent about the time it got deleted, I cannot say if when you relocate it, it'll work. I have a feeling it won't, so if you are one of those people, you might have to completely re-download it all.
