Edit: Woops. I was a bit quick to make the batch. Apparently the OVA that's coming out is actually officially labeled as episode 13, and I should have made it then. No matter though. I'll just remake the batch when it comes out. No biggie.
It's finally done!
[You can find the patch here.](http://www.mediafire.com/download/d8sjwuxvy1lid7c/Neptune_1080p_Patch.zip) The first and third NCED had to be reencoded though, so you'll unfortunately just have to download those again. There's more details about that in the changelog for those interested.
We're using an edited Commie script, borrowing some lines from Funi's TL.
The notable goals of this release are
-Edit out all the made up NISA localizations (e.g. CPU->goddess)
-Edit out Commie being Commie (i.e. trolling/joking around with the script)
To keep in line with our new typesetting standards, there are now two subtitle tracks
-Regular Typesetting - Commie's typesetting, but without the trolling/joking
-CPU Friendly Typesetting - for those who have trouble playing the first track
The extras that are included with release are: (all untranslated unless stated otherwise)
-No credit OPs and EDs included in the main folder (translated)
-Commentary track included as a secondary audio track in episodes 2, 4, 6, 7, 10, and 12
-Two drama CDs
-Two seiyuu radio episodes
-Scans of all volumes
-Various promotional videos
Enjoy your console warfare!

General:
-Completely redone typestting. All of it taken from Commie, edited for the CPU Friendly version
-There's now two subtitle tracks. Regular and CPU Friendly
Episode 1:
-Fixed "godesss" to "godesses" at 06:58
-Added the translation for the insert song, against my better judgement
Episode 2:
-Changed "Kupocat" to "Aeruu" and "Guarddraggon" to "Dette'ryuu"
Episode 4:
-Changed ED lyrics position
NCED 1 and 3:
-Fixed the color conversion issue.
--There was something really funky going on with the m2ts file that had these two NCEDs. Seeking to a keyframe resulted in corrupted images, meaning I couldn't encode the video without corrupted video. Linear access still seemed to work fine, so I decided to use ffmpeg to go through the file linearly and convert all the frames into lossless png images, so I could just stitch those up into a video. It worked, but apparently ffmpeg is crap and doesn't actually support BT.709 input, meaning all HD videos handled by ffmpeg will have slightly off colors. I didn't realize the slight color inaccuracy until sometime later. So now I just redid the process using ImageWriter for avisynth, instead, to handle the colors correctly. Even though no one probably noticed, I am sorry about that, and it definitely won't happen again.
