The extras with this release include (all untranslated) -2 drama CDs -cast commentary in episodes 2, 3, 6, 8, 9, and 12 included as a secondary audio track -scans of each of the volumes Enjoy your loliball! Also, it's not like you'd translate 500 yen to 5 dollars. It's the same logic here.
