I realized today that this is the eighth album I’ve uploaded which was released on the 5th of September, 2007. I must have been on a crazy shopping spree…. Anyways—the most important thing to say about Ken Yokoyama is that this (now) solo artist is not the same Ken Yokoyama who is the leader of _Crazy Ken Band._ This is instead Ken Yokoyama the punk rock guitarist, formerly of the band _Hi-Standard._ This particular album is a cover album, and Yokoyama’s English grates on the ears of some people, but personally I think he sings well; or let me be more accurate: I’ve heard _far_ worse, heh. I dare say that some people wouldn’t be able to guess this is a Japanese vocalist. Despite having fifteen tracks this album plays out in just thirty-eight minutes. I can’t think of any particularly long songs on Yokoyama’s original albums, and he certainly didn’t pick any for this cover album. Enjoy as always!
