Nobodyknows+ is a hip-hop group that began in 1999 but really didn’t start to garner major attention until 2003, when they caught the eye of Sony Music. Their singles for the next two years would appear in various games and anime, particularly _SD Gundam Force,_ and that helped grow their fan-base. And more recently they provided the first opening theme for _Naruto Shippuuden_ (which appears on this album). _vulgarhythm_ is the third album by nobodyknows+, but an important one, as it was the first album from the group after the departure of G-Ton, one of the five original members. Barely four months separates G-Ton’s decision to leave and the creation and release of vulgarhythm. So to me it makes the album an interesting one to compare to their previous work, namely _Do You Know?_ and _5MC & 1DJ._ Personally I believe G-Ton’s absence has changed nobodyknows+, but not affected them negatively as line-up changes have done to groups in the past; but I leave that for you to judge for yourself.
