Here's the Rou Kyuu Bu! OVAv3 for you. This third version has been thoroughly checked against any mistakes (timing, translation and typesetting checked, quality check and this time I had my editor edit it) and the raw was added without re-encoding, so the video is also better quality (still 720x480p, though). I added Shikkaku's subs for the OP and the ED.
