Since #TV-Japan seems to be slipping with Bleach a lot lately, first with no episode 188 and now releasing a crappy 520MB+ DivX 120fps raw, I took the liberty of re-encoding it to a more palatable form. Since the ED credits are broadcast at 60FPS, I didn't decimate it to 29.97, since that'd make the scrolling credits look horrible. This is not a group release of any kind, solely for personal enjoyment.
