The DVD was terrible to watch in fullscreen and so were existing encodes, so I've tried to fix it. [Comparison](http://screenshotcomparison.com/comparison/143169) (jackoneill's is scaled).
\. deblended (jackoneill did it too), yet both mine and his encodes still have blend residue everywhere (probably a CCD film scanner),
\. dehaloed (he didn't),
\. nnedi-scaled to 720x480 from 709.5x368 to make lines look less jagged when watching in fullscreen.
\. specified correct aspect ratio which isn't 16:9 (1.777) as in jackoneill's encode, but ~3.6% less: 1.713 (709.5x368@4:3 = 630.7x368 -> 1851x1080), so it is displayed with black borders on a 16:9 screen - anyway you can just zoom it full-width in your video player if you don't care about slightly wrong proportions.
\. retimed SRT subtitles slightly to prevent scene-bleeds.
