Source: DVD (raw from arearaw) Video: 640x480 (4:3) wmv9, 1457 kbps, 29.97 fps Audio: 2.0 Stereo Japanese, wma 176 kbps Subtitles: English styled .ass softsubs Subtitle Source: Anime-Keep, restyled and largely modified. No "<--- fix this!!" notes visible, among other changes. Despite the oft-maligned wmv/wma codecs, the video quality is better here than in A-Keep's old DivX3 release. Higher bitrates = less blocking/artifacting, especially in rainy scenes. Also, I do believe 29.97 is the correct framerate, as A-Keep's 24 fps release shows noticeable jerking in panning sequences. Audio is probably about equal quality.
