So... it's just the Zero-Raws 720p version of episode 7 UN-GO with HorribleSubs translation from their 320p version, of course timmed to the different version that is Zero-Raws but with no fonts or other editing (just plain subs)... and also the Zero-Raws version doesn't have the preview of episode 8. Because I don't have any skills in this I made it for my pleasure and I thought of sharing it with you, at least until HS releases the correct version or until another group does so. p.s.: (c) HorribleSubs for the translation (this is just something a fan of their work did)
