Dantalian no Shoka - 09 Shit happened and I ended up having to completely fucking fix this stream because Niconico.can't encode for shit. Had to re-encode it myself because they suck so bad. I downloaded that fucking stream 4 times and all 4 were bad. Oh and if you are wondering, yes the stream looked this fucking bad on NicoNico. I'm not even joking. They really need to up the bitrate or something. Oh and while I was at it I cropped that black boarder that normally is around these videos since I usually do not re-encode these I figured I'd be nice and do that. Next season depending on how things turn out I may or may not keep doing this. Very likely I won't due to how annoying it is.
