Title: One Outs
Description: Toua Tokuchi is a prodigy when it comes to both baseball and gambling. Pitching nothing but mediocre fastballs, he has made a name for himself by attaining 499 consecutive victories in the game of One Outs: a one-on-one showdown between a pitcher and a batter. Despite his remarkable abilities, however, Tokuchi sees the sport as nothing more than a way to make some quick money.
When Hiromichi Kojima, a legendary hitter for the struggling Saikyou Saitama Lycaons, witnesses Tokuchi's skills firsthand, he realizes that the man might be exactly what the team needs to get out of their slump. Determined to recruit Tokuchi no matter what, Kojima places his own career on the line and defeats Tokuchi at his own specialty—One Outs.
Forced to become a Lycaon, Tokuchi soon finds himself at odds with the team's owner, Tsuneo Saikawa. After Saikawa refuses to give him a reasonable salary, Tokuchi proposes a special contract: pitching an out will earn him five million yen, but giving up a run will cost him fifty million. With every game having the potential to either make or break him, Tokuchi must outwit all who stand in his way.

Note: This is my first real release in a number of years, This release includes my copies of both the Retail and Rental DVDs RAW Rips re-timed to B2E's subs (Please credit if used for an encode.), Subs were timed to Rental DVDs, let me know of any timing issues with the Retail release. Seeding will be super slow to start, be patient.
Honestly it depends episode to episode, the Rentals have bigger files sizes but that's relative, overall the video seems nicer in the rentals but i think the retail version has better audio, i uploaded both so people could decide for themselves or remux them together. Have just realised the Rentals have the VAP warning at the end every 3 episodes or so but shouldn't be hard for anyone versed with mkvtoolnix to remove cleanly (split output before chapter 16).
that's fair, it looks cleaner but the playback of retail episodes in vlc had stuttering in panning shots for me but that could just be my player, colours also felt a little off.
I've never liked using VLC for anime files and such as they seem more outdated. The newer VLC versions like 4.x that is in development has better renderer libplacebo and other features but who knows when that will come out officially. Did the same issues show up for MPV? Might be a good idea to test MPC Video Renderer for MPC-BE or MPC-HC. Both of the MPC players get advancements/features that work better for anime video files and such.
