When I downloaded the Kerokerokeroppi episode onto my tablet, the sound didn't play at all, but the video itself was in perfect quality as I expected. Can anybody please help me out with this?
that depends. what kind of tablet is it? not all tablets can support all video codecs. the Keroppi video uses AVC1 video and AC3 audio. you can laways load it into Avidemux and re-encode it to whatever you need. you might try changing the audio to AAC, and making it an MP4 file. MKV is really only useful for subtitles. MP4 is a far more compatible format, but it doesn't support AC3.
