Why? Because they have to fit into 24mins TV episodes. I decided to synced the Japanese audio with the CR video, for better sync with BD, other RAWs, Audios, subtitles. If you want to do the opposite, goodluck. There is no Japanese Opening for this Arc, which is a good thing (I even removed the Japanese Opening for the 1st season for myself xD) I also didn't touch subtitles at all, so timings are pretty bad with the Japanese version, since they are synced with the Chinese one (especially chinese subtitles).
