poor mini encode with very low Bitrate, instead you could've made encode with atleast 1800-2000 kbit/s video for 720p, fabman encode is very bloated and too big size for 720p

yeah but I wasn't going to make a new encode, I'm keeping Fabman personally and I've uploaded this for people who care about lower filesize anyone else is free to post their own encode though
