And then we apply the same aa, dehalo and deband as the main encode. For encoding, we use the latest version of 5fish/SVT-AV1-PSY with `--preset 1 --tune 0` for this encode. Parameterwise we use the latest `--balancing-q-bias 1` for rate control. There are not much variations in this anime, and also because we want to hit this smaller filesize target, we choose to use a fixed `--crf` encode. On lineart retention, we use a typical set of parameter including `--noise-norm-strength 0 --ac-bias 1.0 --variance-md-bias 1 --variance-md-bias-thr 6.9 --chroma-qmc-bias 2`.
