Thanks to them for their selfless dedication to the development of VCB-Studio. 基于 BDBOX 制作。BDBOX 中的片源主要分成四部分： 1. 赛璐珞胶片重扫的 TV 正片 2. 重扫后额外降噪的剧场版 3. 使用原始素材的激钢人主题 OVA 4. 其他特典 TV 全片带有目视可见的强烈动噪，相当原汁原味。动噪作为赛璐珞的“精髓”，我们处理噪点层时尽可能进行了留存。又考虑到 x265 的性质并不适合如此强烈的风格，我们使用了对噪点更友好的 x264 进行编码。除此以外，全片各处均有程度不一的交错残留和断线，我们一并进行了修复。 剧场版黑暗王子由于进行了额外降噪，目视效果上相比 TV 要好得多。但仔细看动噪依旧多到发指，处理基本就沿用 TV，在此基础上还修复了画面边缘很多圈的烂边。 激钢人主题 OVA 用的是上古原始素材，自然是古神级画质，彩虹、点状斑纹、烂边、强烈晃动、交错劣化无一不缺，事已至此只好勉强处理了，最后盖上动噪以保证观感。 至于其他特典也各有各的问题，考虑到他们不像正片那么重要，这里就不一一赘述。 另外周边方面，黑暗王子的周边广播剧专辑 [(https://vgmdb.net/album/71021)](https://vgmdb.net/album/71021) 和游戏 NADESICO THE MISSION 的 OP 动画由于无人放流，因此未作收录制作，诚邀各位老资历粉丝们补充。 Based on the BDBOX. The BDBOX source is divided into four main parts: 1. Re-scanned cel film for the TV episodes; 2. The re-scanned and additionally denoised movie; 3. The Gekiganger-themed OVA using original materials; 4. Other bonus videos. The entire TV series has obvious, heavy dynamic noise. This preserves its authentic cel-animation look. We see this dynamic noise as the "essence" of cel-animation, so we took great care to preserve it. Since the x265 encoder doesn't handle heavy grain well, we used the more grain-friendly x264 encoder instead. We also fixed issues like residual interlacing and broken lines found throughout the series. The movie "The prince of darkness" looks much better than the TV series, thanks to extra denoising. But if you look closely, the dynamic noise is still overwhelming. We processed it much like the TV series. Additionally, we repaired many dirty edges around the image. The Gekiganger OVA uses the very original materials, so the image quality is extremely poor. Issues include rainbow, dot-crawl, dirty edge, severe pan, and residual interlacing. We did our best to clean it up and even added a layer of dynamic noise to make it look more consistent. As for the other extras, each has its own set of issues. Since they are not as important as the main content, we won't elaborate on them here. Regarding bonus contents, the drama CD album for "The prince of darkness" [(https://vgmdb.net/album/71021)](https://vgmdb.net/album/71021) and the OP animation for the game "NADESICO THE MISSION" were not included due to a lack of available sources.
